- I don't see an actual shell in windows 95. It's just a cli. The Amiga
- has a real shell. Command history, cut and paste, aliases to name a few,

- In defense of windows 95 you will likely say: "but who uses the dos cli
- anymore?" The problem is, the thing hasn't changed much since 1982, so
- who wants to use it? The Amiga's shell is much like using a "C shell",
- in some ways better (esp if you have King CON), so if you need to use
- the shell in Amiga OS, it isn't much of a hassel. In windows 95, it's
- a royal pain. But, then so is the rest of it. I had windows 95 lock up
- on me just playing the pin ball game that comes with the OS. Not even
- an "outside app". I've never had Amiga OS (2.04 or beyond) lock up or
- crash because of its own programs.
